We have a return policy for Defected products (example: Missing pages, Bad printing quality). We cannot accept returns for the errors made on customer’s side (example: Change of mind, Syllabus changed after delivery of the product) If a product is defected, Return can be initiated by contacting us via the number provided, e-mailing us, or any of our social media handles. Returning of products must be done within first three (3) days after delivery. Customers can opt for Replacement/Moneyback option for any defects detected within 3 days after delivery. Against return of any product 100% cashback can be availed by Customer but after a processing period of 2 days after delivery. Any Product without a defect or any error from our side cannot be returned. In exceptional cases where a return is issued for any other matter, a pickup charge of Rs.50 will be levied on the customer.
