Sign Up and Login
There are 3 methods of Sign Up on Lalchowk: 1) Using your registered E-Mail ID and providing the relevant details. 2) Using Google Account for auto Sign Up. Here you dont need to provide the details. 3) Using Facebook Account auto Login feature.
Orders
Customer will receive a verification call on order of product/products. Product specifications if any must be verified as well as address. You can specify the preferred delivery time when the verification call is made.
Delivery
Free Delivery for Orders exceeding Rs 500 and weighing less than 3kgs Delivery will be done during working hours i.e. 10am to 6pm only. Delivery will not happen during national holidays including Sundays, Hartals and Curfews etc. COD payment option restricted to Srinagar city limits at present. Users outside the city limits must Pre-Pay the amount for the order to be processed.
Return Policy
We have a return policy for Defected products (example: Missing pages, Bad printing quality). We cannot accept returns for the errors made on customer’s side (example: Change of mind, Syllabus changed after delivery of the product) If a product is defected, Return can be initiated by contacting us via the number provided, e-mailing us, or any of our social media handles. Returning of products must be done within first three (3) days after delivery. Customers can opt for Replacement/Moneyback option for any defects detected within 3 days after delivery. Against return of any product 100% cashback can be availed by Customer but after a processing period of 2 days after delivery. Any Product without a defect or any error from our side cannot be returned. In exceptional cases where a return is issued for anyother matter, a pickup charge of Rs.50 will be levied on the customer.
